Robert Dugenou is pleased to introduce you his first album. As every first album, it has to be a best of, that’s why Robert decided to call it “The Best Of Dugenou”.
During one cold summer day, with about 35° outside, Robert had suddenly an idea : he has fans, he has a bunch of instruments and he has musical skills, so why not composing an album ? So, he began to make an album, containing wonderful instruments like oboe, bassoons, accordions, horns, organs, and he began to sing as well, in French, in English, in German, and of course, in Dutch ! Robert has his very own way to speak Dutch, as you will notice on the track Daardegruut Foondastruut.
After less than one month (31st August to 28th September), Robert is now really proud to be able to release his album he has worked in with several friends. Here is the dream tracklist :

Robert would like to thank the following persons :
- Albert Cimer for his remix of Don’t Leave Me, his help, his support, without him, this project wouldn’t have existed as he gave Robert the idea to do it. As the person who had to make the remix of Daardegruut Foondastruut told me half an hour before the release that he wasn’t able to make it, Albert made this remix live in 30 minutes, and I have to say I love the result ! A very very big thanks, from my deep inside, to you, Albert !
- Zachary Bumpf made such a wonderful work with the artworks, he made the artworks of the EPs and of the album, I love them !
- Marcel Brairer-Harbinger for his support, from the very first day to the very last, even if he is still waiting for the track he promised to compose for Robert, Robert will love him forever !
- Karl-Heinz Liebenstrau Von Binsburg for his constant help, his second artwork for the album and the work on the treatment of the photos.

- Henk Daardegruut for his remix of the track Neuneu, for having composed and written the lyrics of “The Robert Dugenou Song”, on which Robert sings, as well as for his support. But a real special thanks to have made Robert sang in Dutch !
- Saturnin Pneucreuvé for his support, and his fabulous track on which he played mandolin and on which Robert sang and played accordion.
- Wilfried Vand Den Gruut for his remix of the track Daardegruut Foondastruut, this remix was the surprise, released sisteen hours after the release of the album. Thanks for his interest !
